The main production process is: The raw material is fed by screw feeding into the extruder-from granular to melt-through screw friction and electric heating. The raw material is fed into the mold with its original hollow shape, the hollow plate.--Through vacuum adsorption and water cooling final forming --PP building template through the cooling bracket for natural cooling --- building template by traction machine traction into the cutting machine for fixed length automatic cutting - finally, there is a manipulator automatic collection.
